Managed Services and Break Fix

We put all of our expertise to work for you, helping to reduce costs, improve overall IT reliability and free up staff to concentrate on strategic activities. We offer a managed services portfolio that ranges from the repair and servicing of hardware, through to outsourced ServiceDesk, remote monitoring and full infrastructure management. They are available on their own, or as part of an overall outsourcing contract, delivered from where you choose, and all working in unity.

Unity occupies a unique position amongst Managed Service providers.  Built from our diverse heritage, we are able to offer fully integrated desktop, infrastructure, networks and telephony managed services, underpinned by a truly cross-functional Service Desk.

Along with providing quality technical solutions, we continue to invest heavily in our staff and our Customer Service Centres and Network Operating Centres (NOC) to look after the growing requirement of companies to outsource some or all of their IT needs.

Our strategic plan is focused around growth of our Support and Managed Services offering, demonstrated by our continuing and significant investment in people, facilities and world-class management. Our people range from industry-leading experts in the management of network carriers to skilled infrastructure and desktop engineers and as a highly flexible and responsive organisation we are constantly enhancing and adapting our skills base to meet our customers’ needs.

Break-fix maintenance and IT support are the foundation upon which Unity has developed our Managed Services offering. Ensuring the availability of IT hardware and extending the life span of equipment is fundamental in allowing our customers run their day-to-day business while also allowing an acceptable return on investment.

With more than 50 engineers based nationwide, we have a large and diverse network of experienced hardware engineers, solution architects and support professionals, all of whom are accredited with the industry-recognised qualifications.
